Type of Project:   High level international standard laboratory in a double storey,reinforced concrete frame structure building with over 2700m2 of accommodation, including all associated civil works comprising of 150m3 reinforced concrete underground water tank; 835m long 6m wide driveway and over 3000m2 parking paved with pre cast concrete paving blocks; 4x2.5m high double vented box culvert; storm and sewer water drainage system; and, 1.1 km boundary wall

Proposed Mosquito Insectary and Laboratory at TOC ICIPE at Mbita Point, Homabay

Client:                   Catholic Archdiocese of Embu

Location:               Kyeni, Embu

Type of Project:   A six storey reinforced concrete framed structure with natural masonry infill hospital building accommodating accident and emergency; outpatient facilities and in patient wards; and, pharmacy and laboratory, including associated driveway and parking civil works, storm water drainage and sewer drainage and treatment system.

Proposed Mtwapa Gardens Common Gate Residential Development

Location:               Mtwapa, Kilifi

Type of Project:   A gated community residential development on 10 acres comprising of 66 x 4 bedroom all-ensuite marionettes; 90 x 3 bedroom apartment on 9 five storey block; a 3 storey commercial center building with 24x2 bedroom apartment .

Scope:                    Civil engineering design and construction supervision for site infrastructure (i.e. 1km access road; 2.2km internal drive ways and parking; storm water drainage; waste water drainage and on-site compact treatment plant, and; 500m3 underground and 100m3 elevated portable water storage and reticulation system)

Location:               Kenyatta Road, Juja – Kiambu County

Type of Project:   A gated community residential development on 50 acres comprising of 150 x 1/4 acre serviced residential plots; 3.4km internal road network; and, 2.2km masonry boundary wall.

Scope:                   Civil engineering design and construction supervision for site infrastructure (i.e. access road; internal drive ways and parking; and storm water drainage) Structural engineering design and construction supervision of boundary wall; gate and gate house; and transformer and power houses
